Located in room 2433, and with a shower room on the stage in Viking Hall, the hygiene room serves as a space for all students to change their clothes, take a shower, or just relax and freshen up.
“It can be used for a variety of reasons,” said Kristen Ketchum. “If someone were to need a change of clothing due to a spill, or other reason, we want students to know we have a backup plan to help them.”
Teachers can make reservations for the room through Ketchum, but she stresses that the room is available for anyone at any time.
“Mrs. Kirk and all staff want every student to feel their best while at school and feel this helps meet some needs to insure that,” said Ketchum. “We really want all students to be confident and comfortable at school.”
